This poetic book, Thank You for Thanksgiving, expresses some of the joys of Thanksgiving from the perspective of a very excited young boy. Filled with lifelike illustrations, the book begins with the boy making name cards and watching relatives arrive, until finally it is dinner time! The prayer begins, and everyone says something that he is thankful for. The boy thinks of football, but someone has already said that. What will he say? Young children will enjoy this easy to read, beautifully illustrated book.
