Grassroots Homeschoolers
Provides useful homeschool resources with regular meetings in Matteson, along with the greater Chicago area and northwest Indiana.

Christian service mission for homeschooling families and families considering homeschooling.

Northside Unschoolers Group (NUG)
This is an open support group for homeschooling families in and around Chicago and is a non-directed support group. We rely on the creativity, resources, needs and interests of NUG families to provide activities, classes, and field trips for the group.

Potter's Hand Homeschool Group

St. Clair County Christian Home Educators (SCCCHE)
Christian homeschool support group established in 1989 serving the Metro-East and surrounding areas in Southern Illinois.

Teaching Homes for Christ
Associated with the West Chicago Bible Church in support of homeschoolers for the purpose of sharing support and encouragement, obtaining speakers, providing a library, and offering activities for families and students.

Lincoln Illinois Home Educators
This group is to be used to exchange information with home educators in the Lincoln area. Information such as upcoming events, YMCA activities, special meetings or anything generally considered relevant to home education is welcome.

A Christian homeschool support group for students in 6th through 12th grades serving the area northwest of Chicago.

The Learning Vine
Serving homeschoolers in the Naperville area with enrichment classes designed to round out the children's education and promote spiritual growth.

West Suburban Home School Band (WSHSB - The Patriots)
This follows the model of a community band and includes all wind instruments, woodwinds and brass, as well as a full percussion section. There are no stringed instruments.
